Data and purposes

The forum stores a shared account ID, nickname, email, posts, private messages, attachments, sessions, rule acceptance and moderation actions. Account processing supports the service contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Abuse prevention, report handling and legal claims serve legitimate interests (f); legally required processing relies on legal obligations (c). Reports contain a description, content URL, contact details and time. Do not include passwords or unnecessary third-party data.

Public information

Nicknames and public posts may be visible to everyone and indexed by search engines. Private messages, account email and the report queue are excluded from public SEO pages. Administrative access supports forum operation. Workshop information should come from someone authorised to publish it.

Providers

The forum is hosted by MyDevil (ADMIN.NET.PL). Technical providers process data as needed to deliver their services. Enabling the map connects the browser to the OpenStreetMap tile provider and discloses connection data, including the IP address. Workshop listings also work without the map. Email sent to the contact address is handled by the email provider Google.

Translation

If enabled by the administrator, the server sends public post text and titles to DeepL SE and caches the result in the forum database. It does not send account passwords, account email, private messages or non-public posts. A public post can itself contain personal data supplied by its author, which should be minimised. Retention and rights

Account data is retained while the account is maintained. Reports and moderation records are kept for the time needed to address the matter and appeals. Information necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims may be retained until the applicable limitation period expires or proceedings end. Backups support disaster recovery; erased data is not restored for further active use without a justified need.
